Designed by Norm Architects for Audo Copenhagen, the Hashira Pendant brings a modern Nordic sensibility to the traditional Japanese rice paper lantern. Translating the architectural column into light, its cylindrical form is wrapped in translucent raw linen that softly reveals the graphic structure within. The fabric shade diffuses light evenly, casting a warm 360° glow that creates a sense of calm and intimacy in any space. Suspended from a black textile cord, the pendant works beautifully alone or in multiples above a dining table, in a hallway, or as ambient lighting in hospitality settings. Minimal yet atmospheric, the Hashira Pendant bridges simplicity, texture, and proportion with quiet precision.
